Main types of pitaya
There are 3 main variations of the fruit:

- Yellow pitaya: it has a yellow peel and is white inside, being more common in Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.
All of them contain numerous edible black seeds distributed throughout their pulp.
Pitaya helps you lose weight?
