For those who have adopted this type of diet to lose weight, this Dukan pancake recipe can be used in the 2nd phase of the diet while carbohydrates are still prohibited.
The best fillings can be minas cheese or ham for breakfast accompanied by unsweetened chamomile tea, for example. To eat the pancake for lunch or dinner you can stuff it with shredded chicken, tuna or tomato, for example and accompany the pancake with a tomato, cucumber and lettuce salad.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oat bran,
- 1 tablespoon of wheat bran,
- 1 tablespoon of zero fat yogurt or creamy non-fat curd,
- 3 eggs,
- Sweetener or salt to taste.
Preparation mode
Beat the egg whites. In another bowl, mix all the ingredients of the pancake base, except the whites, until you get a homogeneous dough. Then add the egg whites, stirring gently. Pour the contents into a frying pan heated over medium heat and cook for about 30 minutes, turning with the help of a spatula and continuing with cooking for another 5 minutes.
