Ingredients
- 10 gr of algae to choose;
- 4 small chopped onions;
- 1 chopped fennel bulb;
- 5 medium chopped zucchinis;
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 thread of pumpkin seed oil.
Preparation mode
Soak the algae in 600 ml of water. Place a tablespoon of water in a frying pan and add the onions. Cook over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally. When they are soft, add the zucchinis and fennel until soft. Drain the seaweed. Place the contents of the frying pan in a blender, add the parsley, 500-600 ml of water and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Adjust the seasoning, add the seaweed and heat, finally add the pumpkin seed oil.
2. Chrysanthemum and elderberry tea recipe
