1. Echinacea tea
Echinacea is a medicinal plant widely used to strengthen the immune system, especially during the winter, helping to prevent the development of colds and flu. Thus, it is able to strengthen the body against the measles virus, accelerating recovery and reducing symptoms.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of echinacea leaves;
- 1 cup of boiling water.
Preparation mode
Put the ingredients in a cup, cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then strain the mixture and let it warm, drinking 2 to 3 times a day.
2. Turmeric tea
Turmeric tea has excellent antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help not only relieve measles symptoms, but also strengthen the body, helping to eliminate the virus more quickly.
Ingredients
- 1 coffee spoon of turmeric powder;
- 1 cup of boiling water.
Preparation mode
Add the ingredients in a cup, stir well and let stand for 10 minutes. Then drink the mixture 2 to 3 times a day.
3. Pataplasm of olive leaves
Olive leaves are one of the most potent natural remedies against measles, as they have antiviral action against the measles virus, facilitating the healing of the skin and reducing all other symptoms.

Grind the olive leaves to a thick paste. Then, apply on the skin affected by measles and let it act for 30 minutes. Finally, remove with warm water and dry well. This poultice can be applied 2 to 3 times a week.
