In order to make inhalations correctly, take a deep breath with your nose close to the mouth of the bottle, hold the air for 2 or 3 seconds and then pour the air out through your mouth. 4. Use a basin with hot water
Another way is to use a container with boiling water and add the essential oils, which will evaporate with the hot water, flavor the room and will penetrate the lung of the person with a cough through breathing.
5. Massage the chest with oils
Mix 2 drops of the essential oil to be used in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, such as sesame or coconut oil. The chest massage helps to decongest the nose, being great to be applied after bathing and before going to sleep.
