What is the rue for
The rue has analgesic, calming, healing, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and deworming properties and can be used as a way to complement the treatment of various diseases and situations, such as:

Thus, to make rue tea, it is recommended to add 1 handful of dried rue leaves in 1 cup of boiling water and leave for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then let it warm, strain and drink afterwards.
Side effects and contraindications
Rue tea is contraindicated for women who are pregnant, as this plant can also have a stimulating effect. In addition, it is important that rue consumption be made according to the doctor's or herbalist's indication, because large amounts can lead to adverse effects, such as tremors, gastroenteritis, seizures, vomiting, abdominal pain, salivation and photosensitivity. .
