The fit chocolate cake is made with wholemeal flour, cocoa and 70% chocolate, in addition to taking good fats in its dough, such as coconut oil or olive oil, to take advantage of the antioxidant effect of cocoa.
Other versions of this delight can also be made in the form of Low Carb, without gluten and without lactose. Check out each one below.
1. Fit Chocolate Cake
The fit chocolate cake can be used in weight loss diets, it is important to consume only 1 to 2 slices per day.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or xylitol sweetener
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond, rice or whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of hot water
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking soup
Preparation mode:
Beat the eggs and sugar. Add coconut oil, cocoa and almond flour. Then add the oats and hot water gradually, alternating the two while continuing to stir the dough. Add flaxseed and yeast and mix with a spoon. Place the dough in a greased pan and bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes.
2. Low Carb Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or xylitol sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Preparation mode:
In a deep container, mix the almond flour, cocoa, coconut, sugar and coconut flour. Add the 3 eggs and mix well. Then add the cream and finally the yeast and vanilla essence. Place the dough in a greased pan and bake in a medium oven for about 25 minutes.
3. Fit Chocolate Cake without Lactose
The lactose-free chocolate cake uses vegetable milk instead of cow's milk, such as almond, chestnut or rice milk.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or xylitol sweetener
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup of coconut milk, rice, almonds or chestnuts (if necessary, add a little more)
- 1 cup of brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 2 70% lactose-free chocolate bars in pieces
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation mode:
Beat the egg whites and reserve. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, coconut oil, cocoa and vegetable milk. Add the flours and beat until smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate pieces, baking powder and egg whites, stirring gently with the help of a spoon or spatula. Place the dough in a greased and floured pan and bring to the medium preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
4. Gluten Free Chocolate Fit Cake
Gluten is present in wheat, rye and barley, and may also be in small quantities in some oats, due to the production process. Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 cup of demerara sugar, brown sugar or xylitol sweetener
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup of rice flour, preferably whole grain
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup of milk tea
Way of doing:
Beat the egg whites and reserve. In another container, beat the coconut oil and sugar until creamy. Add the egg yolks and beat well. Add flour, cocoa and milk and finally yeast. Add the egg whites and mix carefully with a spoon to make the dough thick. Place in a greased baking dish sprinkled with rice flour and bake in the medium oven for about 35 minutes.
Fit Chocolate Syrup
For the icing on the cake, a fit syrup can be made with the following ingredients:
- 1 col. of coconut oil soup
- 6 col.of milk soup
- 3 col. of powdered cocoa soup
- 3 col. of coconut sugar soup
Mix everything over medium heat, stirring well until it thickens. To make the syrup low carb, you can use xylitol sweetener or mix coconut oil and milk with 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1/2 bar of 70% chocolate and 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
