How to take
The tablets should be taken preferably after meals, chewed well before swallowing, and then a glass of water should be drunk.
The usual dose depends on the person's age:

Possible side effects
The most common adverse effects caused by the use of Caldê are mild gastrointestinal disturbances, such as gas and constipation. Who should not use
This remedy should not be used in people with allergies to calcium, vitamin D or any of the components of the formula.
