Preparation mode:
Season the salmon with herbs, a pinch of salt and lemon juice, leaving this mixture for at least 30 minutes to incorporate the flavor. In an oven dish, cover the bottom with the potato slices and sprinkle with a little oil, then place the salmon slices on top and the seasoning that was marinated. Sprinkle with a little more oil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
For the sauce, drain the capers to be used and wash them with water to remove excess salt. In a frying pan over low heat, heat the butter, add the capers, orange juice and parsley, and add the cornstarch dissolved in a little water. Stir everything quickly and turn off the heat.
Remove the cooked salmon from the oven and pour the sauce with capers on top.
4. Fruit salad with honey and oats (afternoon snack)
Berries are rich in vitamin C, which helps improve circulation, while honey increases the production of sex hormones. To top it off, oats provide energy for intimacy.
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl composed of strawberries, blueberries, açaí and bananas;
- 1 tablespoon of honey;
- 2 tablespoons of oat flakes.
