1. Bearberry syrup with echinacea and hydraste
Bearberry is antiseptic and diuretic, while echinacea has antibiotic action and strengthens the immune system and hydraste acts as an anti-inflammatory, which is a great combination of herbs to fight urinary tract infection.
Ingredients
- 30 ml of bearberry extract
- 15 ml of echinacea extract
- 15 ml of hydrate extract
Preparation mode
Mix all these extracts very well, place in a dark bottle and shake well. Dilute 1 teaspoon of this syrup in a little warm water and drink immediately afterwards, 4 times a day. Totaling 4 tablespoons of syrup a day.

2. Cranberry juice

It is recommended to take 3 to 4 glasses of this juice daily, as long as the symptoms persist.
3. Golden stick tea
Golden stick tea is also an excellent home remedy for urinary tract infection because this herb has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory action that increases urine production, thus decreasing the time the urine remains in the bladder and the development of bacteria.

- 2 tablespoons of dried golden stick leaves
- 1 cup boiling water
Preparation mode
Place the golden stick leaves in the boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes before straining. Drink 1 cup of this tea several times a day.
4. Horseradish tea
Another good home remedy for urinary tract infection is the use of horseradish, as it has antiseptic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that relieve symptoms and decrease the amount of bacteria in the urinary tract.

- 1 teaspoon of dried horseradish leaves

Boil the water and then add the dried horseradish leaves. Let stand for 5 minutes, strain and take 2 to 3 cups a day.
5. Capuchin drink
Another home remedy that can be used to treat urinary tract infection is the nasturtium tincture that has antibiotic, antiseptic and diuretic properties, which decrease bacterial proliferation in the urinary tract and stimulate urine production.

- 20 to 50 drops of nasturtium tincture
- 1/2 cup of warm water
Preparation mode
