- 1/2 pumpkin
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of ground ginger

Preparation mode
Place the ingredients in a pan and season with salt, turn the heat on low and let it cook until the vegetables are completely softened. Then beat the ingredients in the blender or mixer, until it forms a cream and add 1 tablespoon of oil and the fresh chives. Take it still warm. One can also add to taste and 1 spoon of shredded chicken for each bowl of soup.
