Exercise 2 - Lie on your back and lift your torso off the floor, making a bridge, then stretch one leg at a time. Then you must lower the trunk and start the movement again. Do this exercise 10 times.
Exercise 3 - Spread your legs hip-width apart and crouch, remembering your knees never to exceed your toes. Do 10 squats in a row, then 2 more sets of 10.
Exercise 4 - Spread your legs hip-width apart and then spread a little further, with the toes facing outwards, and then squat. Hold yourself in that position for 15 seconds and then make short movements of standing and squatting. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
Aesthetic treatments
Some excellent options for aesthetic treatments against sagging thighs are:
- Radiofrequency: uses heat to favor the skin's collagen production, giving firmness;
- Russian Current: uses electrodes that are placed on the skin and which, when producing low intensity electric current, stimulate the muscles, improving muscle tone and sagging;
